Yes, mobile homes or modular homes in which case said homes shall not be more than 15 years old at the time they are placed on said lot. Any residential building constructed on any lot of said subdivision shall be of masonry or frame construction and have a minimum of 800 square feet of living area. Please ensure you also check with the local Hidalgo County Precinct for any additional approvals required. Only 1 single family home allowed per lot.

Dogs, cats and other household pets are allowed. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind may be raised, bred, kept or maintained on any lot. No raising of any animals, birds, poultry or livestock for commercial purposes is permitted. All pets must be kept in a fenced area or on a leash.

The minimum building setback requirements are as follows:

  • Front Setback: 25.00 feet or easement—whichever is greater.
  • Rear Setback: 15.00 feet or easement—whichever is greater.
  • Side Setback: 6.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.

Easements or right-of-way (ROW) requirements will take precedence if they are greater.

Please ensure you also check with the local Hidalgo County Precinct for any additional approvals required. 

The restrictive covenants don’t seem to indicate against parking a commercial vehicle or an 18-wheeler on the property.
