The minimum building setback requirements for Milanos Estates PH I are as follows:

  • Front Setback Fronting Ingle Road (Lots 1-5): 40.00 feet from the front property line.
  • Front Setback Fronting Gwin Road (Lots 6-22): 30.00 feet from the front property line.
  • Rear Setback: 15.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.
