First time? Click Register to create your account. You'll need your loan number and the email address on file with our office.

Log in to your account Enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.

Select your property & payment amount Choose the property you are paying for, confirm the amount due, and enter any amount you wish to pay.

Choose your payment method Pay by bank account or debit card.

Review & submit Double-check your payment details, then click Submit. You'll receive a confirmation number — write it down or take a screenshot for your records.

Set up autopay (optional) Once logged in, you can schedule automatic recurring payments from within your portal account so your payment is never late.

Where do I find my loan number? +
Your loan number is printed on your monthly statement, your closing documents, or any correspondence from our office. If you can't find it, call us at (956) 383-3222 and we'll look it up for you.
What if I need to make a partial payment or am having trouble paying? +
Please call our office as soon as possible at (956) 383-3222. Our team is here to work with you. Mon–Fri 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Can I set up automatic payments? +
Yes — once you are logged in to the online payment portal, you can set up automatic recurring payments directly within your account.
Who do I make checks payable to? +
Make checks or money orders payable to your lender as shown on your monthly statement. Always include your loan number in the memo line.
I forgot my portal password. What do I do? +
On the payment portal login page, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts. If you have trouble, call our office and we can help.
