Yes, Manufactured Homes may be approved. Please ensure you also check with the local Atascosa County Precinct for any additional approvals required. Only 1 single family home allowed per lot.
Any residential building constructed on any Lot shall be of masonry or frame construction and have a minimum of 800 square feet of living area. All Manufactured Homes must have a minimum of 800 square feet of living area.
No farm animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any Lot. A reasonable number of dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any commercial purpose. All household pets shall be confined by a fence within the owner’s Lot or kept on a leash if off its owner’s Lot.
Please ensure you also check with the local County Precinct for any setback requirements.
Except for the purpose of loading and unloading, which must occur within a reasonable time, no person shall park a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more, or a vehicle designed to transport sixteen (16) or more passengers (including the driver), on any street or any Lot within the Subdivision.
