Yes, Mobile homes may be permitted with developer approval. Please ensure you also check with the local Hidalgo County Precinct for any additional approvals required. Only 1 single family home allowed per lot.

Livestock, including horses, cattle, poultry, pigs, and other barnyard animals, are not allowed, with the exception of small barnyard fowl such as chickens or guinea hens, which must be completely penned. Only house pets are allowed to roam the property, but they must be leashed or confined when outside.

The minimum building setback requirements for Milanos Estates PH I are as follows:

  • Front Setback: 20.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.
  • Rear Setback: 10.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.
  • Side Setback: 6.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.
  • Corner Side Setback: 10.00 feet or easement, whichever is greater.

Easements or right-of-way (ROW) requirements will take precedence if they are greater.
